Huntington Beach Bail Bonds

Huntington Beach, Available Anytime...

In Huntington Beach, in Orange County, the police department typically takes two to three hours to book an arrested individual, though the actual time varies depending on the charge involved.
The Huntington Beach Police Department mostly holds those arrested until their court appearance, though it does transfer some inmates to the Orange County Jail on a case-by-case basis. If you need to post bail for someone in the Huntington Beach Jail, this can be done 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The inmate does not need to see a judge or go to the Orange County Jail first. Once a licensed bondsman presents an accepted bail bond, as long as the booking is complete, it usually takes 30 minutes or less to release the individual in Huntington Beach.

At the Huntington Beach Jail, visiting hours take place from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., with visits allowed to last 15 minutes per visitor for each inmate and to occur no later than the calendar day following arrest. (Each inmate is allowed one visit per day with no more than two visitors per day.)

Those arrested in Huntington Beach have their cases heard in Westminster at the West Justice Center, located 8141 13th Street (east of Beach Boulevard).
